Differentiation:
To ensure equality of access, M-003 Finance can be replaced with our Foundation Module FM-003 ‘Finance for non-finance’ or PAO-001 Leading performance appraisal can be replaced with FPAO-001 ‘HRD for non-HRD Professionals’ as long as all other assessments are at the required ‘advanced’ standard.
Core and Optional Modules:
To complete the full Advance Programme and gain the Graduation Certificate, all module areas must be completed with 80% attendance or above for each module. Individual Core, Optional or Foundation Modules (see Differentiation above) can be taken providing a Certificate of Attendance’ for the required module.
Qualifications (NOTE: non-ILM qualifications):
Upon successful completion of all Core Modules, a Professional Certificate in Organisational and Leadership Coaching will be awarded by the Association for Coaching International (AC) and CoachME Organisational Coach (CMOC).
By adding to C-001, C-002 and C-003 all Core Modules as well and 15 hours on-line CoachME (Level 5) content and 10 Coach Mentoring Hours, a Certification in Organisational and Leadership Coaching (with optional Continued Coach Education hours in Executive, Board, Team, Systems Intelligence work), can be awarded from International Coach Federation (ICF) enabling Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation (individual credentialing) and CoachME Certified Coach (CMCC).
The units add up to a total of 128 GLH. Adding 1 hour for induction and 4 hours for tutorial support gives a total of 132 GLH. Knowledge will also be deepened by:
 Watching relevant video footage followed by facilitated group discussion
 Facilitated topic based group discussion
 Role-play followed by appropriate feedback
 Relevant case studies followed by facilitated group discussion
 Relevant prescribed reading followed by facilitated group discussion
 Brainstorming (this would work well with problem solving)
 Practical problem solving exercises using problem solving tools
 Self-assessment activities followed by feedback
 Additional workshops on writing accurately, clearly, comprehensively, concisely and logically
