Part A Learning Outcome
Be able to plan and organise workplace coaching sessions
Arranging coaching session and assessing desired results from the coachee’s perspective. Confidentiality and ethical issues.
Corridor coaching and formal coaching.
Peer coaching.
Coaching as a leadership tool. Effective listening and questioning. NLP.
Part B Learning Outcome
Be able to undertake at least thirty-six hours of effective workplace coaching
At least 6 hours with each coachee. Formative and summative evaluations of competencies.
Reflective journaling on skills.
Part C Learning Outcome
Be able to collect feedback from coaching clients on own performance as workplace coach
