Her coaching competence builds on a unique blend of 25 years’ international experience in the corporate (Sony Mobile / IKEA) and development sector with senior positions in Commercial Management and Performance & Change Management. She has delivered leadership and top talent development programs across the globe. Her recent clients span across 30 nationalities.

An explorer and adventurer by nature Britta has lived on 3 continents. She embraces diversity and brings the best learnings from her experiences across cultures, sectors and roles to her energetic learning solutions. Britta is the Founder of Coaching Across Borders based in Kenya providing bespoke coaching and training services globally.
Clients include C-suite executives, senior managers or teams from Fortune 100, PwC, Allianz, BBDO, UNICEF, GIZ, AMREF, Banks, NGOs and Entrepreneurs amongst others.

In her spare time she loves exploring cultures, photography and all things cats
