Caroline has a passion for coaching, mentor coaching, SUPERvision and training delivery; she thrives on making a difference by helping people and organisations to develop their competencies and reach their potential.  Caroline has truly global experience across cultures, continents and contexts; she enjoys working with clients in a variety of sectors.

After gaining a BA Honours in English and Philosophy, Caroline embarked upon a career in English teaching. Initially working in the UK state system, Caroline completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) and then, in pursuit of adventure, moved overseas in locations such as Muscat in  the Sultanate of Oman, Cairo, Riyadh, Dubai and Bahrain before more recently returning to the UK. Caroline’s Master’s Degree focused on Leadership and Management in the international context and, for almost twenty years, Caroline has travelled the world latterly delivering leadership coaching, mentor coaching, SUPERvision and training for individual and corporate clients as well as in the international education sector.

Caroline is a CoachME Certified Coach (CMCC) as well as an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Master Certified Coach (MCC) which places her in the top 5% of ICF coaches globally. Caroline also holds Global Individual Accreditation (EIA) at Senior Practitioner Level with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). On behalf of BMC CoachME, she offers one-to-one and team coaching to individuals, SMEs, large multinationals and non-profit organisations.   Caroline is well-placed to offer mentor coaching and supervision to a variety of coaching professionals around the world as a registered Mentor Coach and Supervisor with ICF, who holds a Global Supervision Individual Award (ESIA) with EMCC.

Caroline is a founding faculty member of Beckett-McInroy Consultancy (BMC) where she offers coaching, mentor coaching and SUPERvision. She is also involved in the instructional design, assessment and facilitation of the CoachME ICF Level 1, 2 and 3 programmes, Association for Coaching (AC) Diploma and EMCC Global Supervision Quality Award for Training Providers (ESQA).

MOST MEMORABLE LEARNING EXPERIENCES

Some of my most memorable learning experiences have been while I have been travelling the world when I have enjoyed absorbing new knowledge, sights and sounds. In addition, through the years, I have enjoyed constantly gaining new knowledge and perspectives from students, colleagues, friends and family; life is all about learning and that never stops.

FUN TIMES

Writing, watching old movies, dancing, yoga, laughter, swimming, travelling the world, reading, meeting new people, experiencing new things.
