Associate Certified and Executive Coach (ICF and AOEC) with over twenty years senior management experience, including Organisational Development at Director level. Lucy has extensive experience in business planning, service and behavioural change.   

 

As a coach Lucy enjoys working with individuals and teams to be creative, resourceful and discover their latent potential.  She has a wealth of experience enabling Board level leaders and senior managers to become more impactful, undertake strategic planning and decision making, cultivate resilience and to forge effective relationships.  Lucy’s passion for coaching arose from an appreciation of the human dimensions of change; leading a system with competing priorities to deliver better outcomes at lower cost.  Lucy strives to bring the best out in clients using an adaptive style.  She works in partnership with clients and adjusts to the needs of the individual according to their appetite for structure, challenge and use of creativity.  This tailored approach unlocks new thinking, sources of intelligence and ultimately sustainable transformation.

 

Clients describe Lucy as curious, compassionate, thought-provoking, asking powerful questions, non-judgemental, able to help the client identify connections and create a climate in which they can speak openly.
