Marc is the founder of MB Global, where he works to bring global leaders to conversations that impact those around them and inside themselves. One of Marc’s values is that connecting through conversations we will impact change in the world. Marc believes in being a supportive and challenging coach to encourage positive change toward the next generation that Marc wishes he had earlier in his career. This fuels Marc to serve others.
Marc holds a Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation, a Bachelor of Education from the University of Victoria, a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University. Marc is an ICF Certified Professional Mentor Coach through Royal Roads University, a Certified ICF PCC Assessor and a graduate of the National Coaching Institute for High Performance Sport. Marc is a Certified Systemic Team Coach, is licensed to facilitate the TAP360 Team Profile Advanced Assessment, a certified ImagineME narrative and images coach, is licensed to facilitate 5-5-5 Coaching Out of The Box™, the EBW® (Emotions and Behaviors in the Workplace) Assessment tool, Legacy Leadership®, and is a Conversational Intelligence® Enhanced Skills Coach.
