Rihan works as a Team Leader, Coach, Mentor, Observer, Content Creator and ESL Instructor. I have a 20-year experience in teaching & training. She is a Certified Professional Coach, Mentor, Supervisor, Disc Workshop Leader® as well as a Certified Train the Trainer & Practitioner of some popular assessments: Enneagram®, MBTI®, Motivators®, EIQ® & HVP®

Rihan was also one of the 1st licensed NeuroLanguage Coaching Trainers in MENA and specialized in other different types of coaching, such as Leadership & Executive Coaching, Team Coaching, Corporate Coaching, and Non-therapy Trauma Coaching.
