Team Coaching is the fastest growing area of coaching. An increasing number of organisations are realising this. They wish to harness collective intelligence to achieve and exceed desired outcomes, stay abreast of developments in their field and become attuned to competitors. We encourage you to hold the team creative, resourceful and whole. You will develop a deep awareness of the team dynamics and how to help shift teams into greater effectiveness. We use positive psychology, gestalt, agile, somatic and other approaches. We are known for our proven CoachME Model of team coaching.

This element of the programme enables you to connect with the CoachME Team/ Board Coaching process which has been used with our global team & clients such as International Coaching Federation (ICF) Boards, LEGO Group, Citi, Saudi Aramco, DHL, PwC, numerous schools and universities & NGOs. Included in this programme is training and assessment on our unique TAP360 ‘Team Advance Profile’ which at ‘team level’ compiles 360 data from executive sponsors, the team, the team leader, as well as internal and external stakeholders such as supplies, ministries, regulators, and so forth who engage with the team.
