It helps to assess the impact and performance of the team, and is mapped to our #CoachME #Teamcoaching model.
Sessions are 2.5 hours.  Assessment is 1.5 hours where you feedback the profile data to one of our team post-training at a mutually convenient time.

Training on using TAP360 ‘Team Advance Profile’ Professional User Programme

Learn how to administer and feed-back TAP360 mapped to high performing and high impact data on teams globally.

 

 

This 2.5 hours TAP360 Professional User license certificate* is delivered live on-line (1.5 ICF CCE).

 

 

Objectives of the programme:

  • Drive initial conversations with Team Leaders, HR, Executive Sponsors
  • Gain buy-in/’selling’ TAP360 with a compelling rationale
  • Practice coaching around the statistical and narrative data including decisions what to share when, and with whom
  • Understand ethics around profiling and partnering with teams, team leaders, executive sponsors and other stakeholders
  • Action planning to design a road map to act upon the data to deliver exemplary results

 

 

Investment $345 (reductions for bulk bookings over 10 people)

 

 

*Assessment is included in this short programme

 

 

We provide complementary training on administering and feeding back TAP360 data on our Certificate in Team Coaching (ICF approved, up to 40 CCEs) and we also provide one-on-one or group 2 hours TAP360 Professional User license certificate in the tool live on-line (1.5 ICF CCE). The latter one-on-one is a one-off cost of $345.

 

 

If you already have experience of feeding back 360 psychometrics, performance management data, and coaching teams, you may be exempt from this short programme. Email office@bekett-mcinroy.com if you wish to share your experience.
